I’ve used Ventrian’s Property Agent (PA) for a lot of projects on DNN. Pretty much anytime a client needs a way to “catalog” information and organize it by category Property Agent fits the bill.
Property Agent for DotNetNuke (4.5.5+) is a module for managing properties.
Properties is a loose definition for any definable entity, this module allows you to customize the module for any type of property, such as "Cars", "Real Estate", "Boats", etc. (Walkthrough) (Demo) (Documentation)
The key to the module is "Flexibility", once you have created a property definition (template), you are able to share it with friends (just like sharing a module!).
From www.ventrian.com
Don’t let the name confuse you, although I think Scott McCoullough originally wrote this for properties (and some of the examples on his site show some excellent implementations of real estate listings). the customization flexibility of this module allow you to implement it as almost anything.
To date I’ve used PA to display:
- Real Estate Listing
- Vehicles
- Scooters
- Team Roster
- Event Sponsor
- Parts Catalog
- Accident Reports
- Trail Systems
- Business Directories
- Software Directories
- Dance Studio Listings
- and more…
